PASADENA SDA HOUSING

3x Improved Liveability dwellings

View of a cross-gabled house framed by jacaranda foliage, featuring a narrow front-facing module made from grey brick attached at a right angle to a larger timber-clad living wing.

Khab Architects were engaged by YourPlace Housing in late 2021 to assist in the delivery of high quality design solutions for new infill housing on SAHA sites across Adelaide. Khab were engaged specifically for our commitment to optimising tenant amenity and sustainable design outcomes within tight economic constraints.

Khab designed a total of 39 Houses with 12 different housing types that will be constructed across 8 varied sites in metropolitan Adelaide. Of the 39 houses, 25 are designed to meet specific levels of the NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation design standard and will accommodate YourPlace Housing clients. The other 14 townhouses will be sold on the open market to help fund the overall project.
